Treatments we provide are tailored to the individual. We will establish a plan together at the end of the first session.

Students

We have serviced the local schools in the North Shore area for many years and have established good relationships with school psychologists and counsellors. Common presentations are anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image problems, school avoidance, ADHD and ASD. We only see clients 12 years old +.

Adults

We see adults across the lifespan presenting with mood disorders (anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar, social anxiety), neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD), body and eating disorders (loss of control eating, body dysmorphia, anorexia nervosa). We accept Eating Disorder Plans from the GP. We also work frequently with complex trauma and/or PTSD.

Cognitive Assessments

We only do preliminary assessments of ADHD and ASD. Often there are enough symptoms to warrant a second opinion from the psychiatrist. This will give you access to possible medication while also continuing treatment at our level with psychotherapy.
